For Valerie, healthcare consulting isn't merely academic- it's personal!  

My passion to cultivate high caliber leaders comes from my research and my parents'' encounters with the healthcare system. I've experienced firsthand how ethical and curious senior leaders can positively, indirectly influence patient outcomes -- and what happens when they don't. Those experiences inspired me to pivot from producing research to producing exemplary leaders!

I created Strategic Curiosity® as an elegant solution to improve leadership, learning, and high reliability.
