We begin with dialogue about perceived leadership and organizational challenges, as well as goals for the engagement.
Preliminary on-line assessments reveal the team's orientation toward curiosity and growth challenges.
Content is customized to strengthen team deficits with social learning and individual assignments.
An on-site keynote address or retreat launches the executive education and change process.
We use face-to-face and on-line meetings for developmental exercises, coaching assignments, and to discuss readings.
You will create personal and work-related action plans.
Expect improvements in 2-3 months.
