What to expect

Transformational coaching and consulting partnerships usually last 3 months to 2 years. Ideal for senior leadership teams, departments and system-wide change initiatives.

Approach

  • We begin with dialogue about perceived leadership and organizational challenges, as well as goals for the engagement.

​​

  • Preliminary on-line assessments reveal the team's orientation toward curiosity and growth challenges.

​​

  • Content is customized to strengthen team deficits with social learning and individual assignments.

​​

  • An on-site keynote address or retreat launches the executive education and change process.

​

  • We use face-to-face and on-line meetings for developmental exercises, coaching assignments, and to discuss readings.

 

  • You will create personal and work-related action plans.

 

  • Expect improvements in 2-3 months.

 

  • Progress is determined by your commitment to the process.

Build a network of curious colleagues by referring 3 executives that I can contact about Strategic Curiosity® coaching or a consulting engagement. In return, you will receive a complimentary coaching session.
