Cancellation Policy

Office Hours are reserved specifically for you. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled meeting time. > Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future Office Hours session. >Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or credit. Important Notice Office Hours are not mental health services and do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or treatment for any mental health condition. Dr. Myers is not acting as a mental health provider in these sessions. Office Hours are designed for reflective conversation, professional judgment, and leadership decision-making. They are not a substitute for mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require clinical support, please seek care from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate medical provider.
