Research Origins & Methods
Dr. Myers created the Strategic Curiosity® framework to solve leadership, relationship and quality issues that she identified in her study of 27 hospitals and health systems. These issues can be a matter of life and death in healthcare; they also affect performance in ALL industries.

What to expect...
Getting Started: We begin with a conversation about your goals, challenges, and how to customize Strategic Curiosity® to address them with different modules (e.g., Lead, Collaborate, Innovate, Manage and Strategize).
The Process: Online assessments and discussion of your profile reports are followed by transformational learning via individual coaching, group learning or a combination of both. We use a step-by-step process that includes readings, creative exercises, and homework to iteratively develop your skills and achieve your goals.
Duration: To achieve results, a typical engagement for one module spans 2-3 months. An engagement may span 2 years, depending upon your organizational goals and how many modules you choose.
